Our founder, Vanessa Neal, started Bleue Mac Technologies after seeing firsthand how companies struggle to get help when there is a problem with their financial systems. Her goal is simple: to manage your applications and resolve issues efficiently without burdening you with technical jargon.
Working as an extension of your team, we’ll monitor your financial systems, proactively resolve issues, and handle all vendor communications. With our fast, reliable, and end-to-end support, you won’t have to spend your valuable time chasing solutions to your financial systems’ technical problems.

Meet Vanessa
Vanessa Neal is the Senior Application Support Engineer of Bleue Mac Technologies. She is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in application and production support, application configuration, incident management, requirements gathering, vendor management, issue resolution, and problem management.
As a senior-level professional, she has held several positions with increasing IT responsibilities in esteemed organizations such as Asurion, Sunrise Senior Living, Brink’s Inc., Exeter Finance, American Airlines Credit Union, Veritex Community Bank, and Texas Capital.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: any business investing in financial software deserves to get the full value from it. Vendors need to keep their customers informed, and issues need to be quickly and fully resolved.
Vanessa also believes every problem needs to have a real resolution, not a band-aid or an endless loop of “we’re working on it.” So, she brings determination, persistence, and a commitment to seeing every issue through to a true finish.
Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Radford University and a master’s degree in information systems from George Mason University. She also has certifications in general management and Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
