Meet our founder – Vanessa Neal

Vanessa Neal is a seasoned IT professional with over 19 years of experience in process automation, application configuration, production support, project management, requirements gathering, vendor management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

As a senior-level professional, Vanessa served in positions of increasing IT responsibilities in several esteemed organizations, including Asurion, Brink’s Inc., American Airlines Credit Union, and Sunrise Senior Living.

Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Radford University and a master’s degree in information systems from George Mason University. She also has certifications in general management and Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.

Fun Facts about Vanessa

Her first job was mowing her neighbor’s lawn at $15 per property.
In addition to her career in IT, in her former side hustles, she worked as:
- a delivery driver at Domino’s pizza
- a store associate at Sears
- a grocery store clerk working overnight at Giant food
- an Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify print-on-demand merchant selling a variety of products.
Her favorite TV shows were Monk, Psych, The Mentalist, and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
